Lead Account Manager (Detroit)

Enprecis is searching for an experienced Lead Account Manager (Automotive) in the greater Detroit Metropolitan area to join our national team!
As the Lead Account Manager (Automotive), you will support Michigan based Automotive OEM clients and Suppliers gaining an understanding of each client’s business organization to guide the best use of our products and services. We follow a “high-touch” client relationship model that involves frequent client contact, time-sensitive projects, coordination with multiple global stakeholders and high quality expectation.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience working with Project and Account Teams and will have a background in the automotive industry (manufacturing, supplier, or research). A strategic thinker, the successful candidate will be independent, self-motivated and extremely organized, with the ability to be proactive and anticipate client needs. Always ensuring absolute client satisfaction, the Account Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day interaction, setting goals and expectations and will broaden client relationships through effective and regular communication and/or visits. The candidate will have a proven record of establishing positive, productive relationships with multiple global key client decision-makers.

Other responsibilities include:

  • • Analyze client data and understanding of client business needs to proactively develop new initiatives and maximize the value of existing program
  • • Design short-term project deliverables while keeping long-term program goals in mind; initiate and drive internal projects to improve process and support company growth
  • • Create, share, and execute project work plans, revising as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements; support team members and take on additional projects as needed to ensure success
  • • Identify and communicate potential business impacts of proposed projects or program changes
  • • Continually educate client about Enprecis services and capabilities with regular client calls, status reports, and client newsletters
  • • Deliver engaging, informative, well-organized presentations about complex material to small and large groups at all organizational levels, including training presentations
  • • Help develop client portal to facilitate client status updates and knowledge transfer; visit client as frequently as needed for client meetings, trainings, and strategic planning
  • • Develop and maintain project-specific documentation that clearly communicates business needs and project requirements to all company stakeholders
  • • Work closely with software development team using agile/scrum framework to deliver client requirements on time and as defined; develop targeted content for specific vehicle lines and target markets
  • • Build a knowledge base of client's business, organization and objectives and transfers the knowledge to the team to foster additional success; remain on the forefront of emerging industry developments and best practices
  • • Use Salesforce.com CRM daily to update project status, manage support cases, and track client communications and deliverables
  • • Share client successes with internal team and external audiences where appropriate

 

Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience; background in the automotive industry with a minimum of 5 years project and account experience
  • • Excellent communication skills with both technical and business teams across corporate hierarchies
  • • Attentive to detail and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; ability to balance client needs and business realities
  • • Professional and confident in dealing with all levels of business from daily support tasks to high-level executive presentations
  • • Comfortable initiating direct conversation at all levels of corporate authority; ability to communicate sensitive information in a tactful manner
  • • As part of a multicultural team, display sensitivity to cultural differences and varying language backgrounds, while maintaining a flexible schedule
  • • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and able to adopt new client relationship management tools; familiarity with Salesforce.com highly desired
  • • Experience with data analysis and statistics a plus; familiarity with agile/scrum software development framework preferred
  • • Ability to travel nationally 4-6 times a year

Lead Finance Accountant

Our growth has created an exciting opportunity for a Lead Finance Accountant to join our team in Seattle! This position will be responsible for managing and administering the company’s financial reporting requirements as well as all accounting activities. The Lead Finance Accountant will perform technical accounting research, establish systems for financial controls and generate reports which allow financial and strategic planning and budgeting.

Primary Responsibilities

  • • Ensure that financial information produced is accurate, timely, and supports management functions.
  • • Prepare monthly financial statements, budget vs. actual analysis, and other financial data.
  • • Reconcile all balance sheet accounts.
  • • Update budgets/forecasts, in addition to developing/preparing dashboard reporting.
  • • Provide information and support to the company to ensure GAAP requirements are met, including establishing and documenting accounting policies and procedures.
  • • Review agreements executed by the company to determine the appropriate accounting treatment for new or unusual transactions. Monitor and revise policies and procedures as needed to ensure the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls over financial reporting.
  • • Communicate budget variance analysis including monthly reviews with senior management. Responsible for B&O tax reporting and other state/local tax filings as necessary.
  • • Coordinate with department heads to prepare annual operating budgets.
  • • Develop long-range forecasts and maintain long-range financial plans.
  • • Monitor cash flow and working capital needs; prepare weekly cash position.
  • • Oversee accounting procedures, including A/R, A/P, payroll, bank deposits, and cash management.
  • • Actively manage all billing and collections.
  • • Liaise with independent auditor.
  • • Provide continuous review and improvement of financial practices and procedures.

 

Requirements:

  • • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • • Four years of related experience in an accounting role.
  • • Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including GAAP.
  • • Knowledge of federal and state financial regulations.
  • • Excellent communication skills with both technical and business teams across corporate hierarchies.
  • • Attentive to detail and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • • Experience with business transitions and/or acquisitions in the context of a small business.
  • • Display sensitivity to cultural differences and varying language backgrounds, while maintaining a flexible schedule.

Research Manager

Primary Responsibilities:

  • • Develop, evolve, and maintain the Enprecis standard questionnaires for the CQI product line
  • • Work with account teams to customize standard questionnaires for individual client engagements
  • • Standardize the documentation used to implement questionnaires, including translation into multiple languages
  • • Manage the implementation of questionnaires, including translation, localization, and creation of expanded files for programming
  • • Work with engineering and reporting roles to ensure that surveys support achievement of project goals
  • • Fine-tune questionnaires to optimize the data available for reporting
  • • Coordinate receipt of third-party data, ensuring all elements are available for reporting
  • • Devise new questionnaires / methodologies in support of new product offerings
  • • Contribute toward the development and evolution of Enprecis product roadmap
  • • Ensure that all customer interactions fielded by Enprecis optimize the user experience to ensure high response and completion levels

 

Required Skills:

  • • Bachelor’s Degree, Masters preferred
  • • 5 to 8 years of research project experience in supplier-side environment
  • • Outstanding quantitative skills including experience with SPSS, other analytic packages
  • • Extensive experience in designing research programs that support business decision making
  • • Demonstrated mastery of questionnaire design, including traditional as well as online and mobile implementations
  • • Knowledgeable about a spectrum of methodologies including attitudinal, conjoint/choice, pricing, and war gaming approaches
  • • Experienced with the aggregation of third party data with data resulting from primary research
  • • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills, including experience interacting with both internal and external stakeholders at all organizational levels
  • • Distinct service-orientation that demonstrates initiative, reliability, and flexibility
  • • Ability to facilitate team interactions that lead toward effective problem solving
