China is an untapped market for many automakers. Enprecis is pioneering the process of understanding consumers in the region, by effectively collecting customer data and providing Chinese language tools to in-country engineers and analysts.
A major challenge for automakers in China is getting agreement among engineers regarding the exact problems customers are facing with their vehicles. The challenge is twofold: how do I get the customer to provide sufficient details in a timely manner, and how do you get Chinese engineers and their joint venture partner engineers to agree on the underlying problems and determine a fix?
To help automakers address this challenge, Enprecis is expanding our offerings to the global automotive industry with the introduction of the Enprecis CQI reporting tool in Chinese. We have developed a fully translated business intelligence tool with all menu options, data labels, and client and automotive data in Chinese. This is an exciting opportunity for us to offer one of the first dedicated tools for analyzing automotive quality in China.
Developed for a client in China, the translated reporting interface will provide the basis for everyday decision-making by Chinese automotive and quality engineers charged with promoting the successful development of a strong automotive industry in China. As more and more Chinese consumers become automobile owners, Enprecis CQI tools will play an important part in informing automakers about the vehicle features customers in China enjoy, appreciate, or do not understand.

As this is our first fully multilingual reporting interface, it marks a major milestone for the company. Dashboard overviews, drillthrough detail, menu items, and even data are all presented in Chinese or English depending on the user's language chosen at login. Having a fully Chinese reporting interface gives us a significant advantage in the growing Chinese market, and the experience of implementing a multilingual interface lays the groundwork for better supporting additional clients internationally.
Initial email delivery rates are over 90% and response rates are nearing 25% for our 1 MIS program in China, providing evidence of the region's strong need for an effective communication channel with automakers. Enprecis looks forward to continually enhancing our efforts in China and building an accurate, actionable profile of drivers in the country.
